Shipping Policy

Due to the pandemic and social distancing safety precautions, many consumers have embraced local shopping through local delivery options.


All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


Free delivery for locations in Singapore. For purchase orders under S$800/-, we charge S$20/- for international shipping.

Return & Exchange/Refunds Policy

For damaged or defective products, there is a 30 day right of return. Please make sure that the products have not been used and send them back in the original condition, otherwise we are unable to take them back.


We do not pay for return shipment unless the goods are defective. The additional or already paid customs duties and/or the additional VAT payment will not be refunded by us.


Kindly drop us an email: to inform us of any damaged or defective products and we will advise you accordingly on the return and exchange/refund procedure.
